By registering, signing in, accessing, or using LoveStory, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1. Scope of These Terms
These Terms apply to all users of LoveStory, including registered users and anyone who accesses or uses our services.
These Terms form a binding agreement between you and MooreJamirious regarding your use of LoveStory.
2. Description of the Service
LoveStory is a relationship-focused app designed to help users capture memories, stay connected, and share meaningful moments.
Features may include:
- Creating and viewing photo-based memories
- Writing notes, captions, and personal records
- Setting reminders and receiving notifications
- Adding location-related details to memories
- Sending or sharing interactive content with a partner
- Managing your profile and account settings
- Inviting another user to connect as a couple inside the app
We may update, improve, modify, suspend, or remove features at any time.
3. Eligibility and Account Registration
To use certain features, you may need to create an account or sign in using supported login methods, including email or Sign in with Apple.
You agree that:
- The information you provide is accurate and up to date
- You will keep your account credentials secure
- You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account
- You will not sell, transfer, lend, or share your account with another person
- You will notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization
You must be legally permitted to use the service under the laws that apply to you.
4. Partner Connection Features
LoveStory may allow you to invite another user to connect with you as a couple or partner inside the app.
If both users accept the connection:
- Certain features may become shared or visible between both users
- Memories, reminders, interactions, or other relationship-related content may be viewable by the connected users depending on the feature design
- You are responsible for understanding what content you choose to create, share, or keep visible in a partner-connected experience
You may be able to disconnect or unbind the relationship in the app. However, some previously shared content or interaction records may remain available as part of the normal operation of the service, subject to our retention practices and product design.
5. User Content
5.1 Ownership
You retain ownership of the content you create, upload, or submit through LoveStory, including text, images, videos, profile content, and other materials ("User Content").
5.2 License to Operate the Service
By uploading or submitting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, adapt, display, and transmit that content solely as necessary to operate, maintain, improve, and provide LoveStory to you and any users you intentionally share with through the app.
5.3 Your Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for your User Content and for ensuring that you have all rights needed to upload or share it.
You agree not to upload, post, send, or otherwise make available any content that:
- Violates any law, regulation, or third-party right
- Infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or contractual rights
- Is abusive, harassing, threatening, defamatory, sexually exploitative, hateful, or otherwise inappropriate
- Includes another person's personal information without proper consent
- Contains malware, viruses, malicious code, or harmful components

Your use of LoveStory is also subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the app, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.

We are not responsible for third-party products, services, content, or websites, and your use of them may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
9. Service Availability
We do not guarantee that LoveStory will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
We may:
- Perform maintenance
- Release updates or new versions
- Change, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the service
- Limit access to certain features, regions, or users
We are not liable for outages, delays, failures, or interruptions caused by maintenance, technical issues, third-party providers, device compatibility issues, network failures, or events beyond our reasonable control.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LoveStory is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.
We do not warrant that:
- The app will meet all of your expectations
- The app will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
- Any defects will always be corrected
- Data loss, delay, or delivery failure will never occur
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages
- We are not liable for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of LoveStory
- Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to LoveStory will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim arose, or USD $50, whichever is greater, unless applicable law requires otherwise
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.
13. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MooreJamirious and its affiliates, operators, service providers, and representatives from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to:
- Your use of LoveStory
- Your User Content
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any law or the rights of a third party
14. Governing Law
These Terms will be governed by the laws applicable in your place of residence, unless the law of another jurisdiction is required to apply.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time.
If we make material changes, we may provide notice through the app or by other appropriate means. Your continued use of LoveStory after the updated Terms become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
